Carrying the momentum into Malaysia
It was a heroic weekend in Australia as Marco Bezzecchi took home yet another gold in the Sprint – his third in the last four races – and put on an incredible show to finish third in the race, just 2.4s behind the winner, despite a double Long Lap penalty.
There’s no time to revel, however – attention turns to the Grand Prix of Malaysia as the riders eye up the final few races of the season. A fixture of the MotoGP season since 1991, and home to one of the longest laps in the calendar, this is a track that Bezzecchi has had mixed success on in the past.
But this is a new year, and certainly a new Bezzecchi, who has fought his way into third place in the 2025 Championship standings. Can Marco hold onto his spot with the end of the season in sight? Find out in Sepang this weekend!
